The nicest hotel at Auckland Airport is the new 5 Star Pullman Auckland Airport which opened in December 2023. Offering luxurious rooms and suites as well as an excellent restaurant on the top floor with views of the runway and Manukau Heads.
Pullman is an Accor brand, they also own the other two hotels on the airport grounds (Novotel & ibis Budget), so don’t expect competition on price. However this wonderful new hotel brings some much needed capacity at the top end of the market. Pullman is a big step up in luxury for travellers at Auckland Airport.
Comprising 311 rooms across 9 floors. The hotel offers the most luxurious option at the airport, and has excellent views from the upper floors. There is a great restaurant, but no pool.
